Please please please do a Jennifer and Laurel podcast! And not a little 5 minute one either. I'm talking about at least 30 minutes to an hour.

It would be great to have a JB/LH podcast discussing Bette and Tina's trials and tribulations over the years. Would love to hear about their acting choices as they portray these characters.
A commentary for S5 ep506 on the S5 DVD's would also be a great bonus.

It is not true. If it was a secret, you would not be telling it. And Jennifer and Laurel would never let it out anyway. Not even to each other if it was true.

not the secret that i was refering to. The secret i was refering to had to do with the podcast but as i had read futher i got more and more upset that people think that they hate each other when that is far from the truth. It is all marketing. If one holds back a demand the more consumers want it. This is the secret to why they will not appear together until after if at all the 6th season. I am kinda going to suggest to Ilene to have a commentary on the 5th season dvd when it is released. If we cant then maybe on the 6th season dvd. Because it is kind of not fare to hold the fans at suspense after the show is over it just does not sound right and it does not sound like Ilene, Laurel or Jenny.

This was said in defense of other posters saying that they had hated each other of which is far from the truth. Read my other comments and maybe then you will understand this.

I wish this were true, and I dont know why so many people hate. I understand that people need privacy, and that its not nice to start rumors. But just look at all the actors in Hollywood how many of them met after having great chemistry on a show or movie? Tons of them have.. So I dont see why its so difficult to see it here on the L Word. If they are together and just want it private I also understand that. Because Hollywood is weird, and they seem to except gays but then the parts you get wouldnt be the same. Im sure they are looking out for their future careers and family as well.

Finally Jennifer and Laurel will be appearing together at the L5 convention. But it's in the UK. Go figure! But that's ok, I busted out the credit cards and we are there!!! I am so excited, I probably will be so star struck and shy that I won't be able to ask any questions. :) But I will try.

I don't understand how JB and LH never appear and gave an interview together. They're the hottest couple in television. They had the beste chemistry that i ever saw. Shows, magazines never aks them to do and interview together? I doubt. So I can only think they reject, and they aren`t friends.

I am not sure neither why these two rarely do guest appearances/pictures together, maybe it's just scheduling conflicts, or they don't want to get rumors started??? Hey, look these maybe some of the best years of these actresses lives. The L Word, has thrown them into the spot light whether they like it or not. They should be proud, and I am sure they are. LH & JB are a super hot items right now, and I think they should totally take advantage of that. When the glory fades of Tibette, maybe these two will go off and become bigger stars then they already are, or maybe they will fade away. If they fade away, then they may miss all the attention. So Ilene, Jennifer, and Laurel....I say take advantage of the moment....put yourselves out there for the fans....enjoy the moment. Remember it's the fans/viewers who watch shows like the L Word that make it successful. I wish after the six season, they would do another show with Tina and Bette, maybe they move to a new neighborhood and meet another interesting group of new friends. Trust me, it will be a big hit!!! Tina and Bette are so interesting and so loved it will be a super success!!
Honestly, I am just drained of all the rumors....JB has signed onto a new contract, or all the actresses want to do something new, or Showtime just wants to end the show....all these stories of why the show is ending. I found myself getting so caught up with the ending of the L Word, I was getting myself nuts. But I'm learning to just step back and just embrace the five seasons we have had, and the six season in 09' that's to come. It's hard because it's such and great show with characters that are amazing, and I really wish it would go on, but for whatever reason it has to end, I think alot of fans did what they can to keep it on but it seems that's wishful thinking now. But I hope Ilene comes up with something to keep us loyal fans happy. If you can't keep the show going one way or another, maybe you can create another show that's just as amazing as the L Word is. But honestly, I don't think Tibette can ever be replaced. Jennifer and Laurel have been such an amazing power couple, it will be hard to fill their shoes. I am going to seriously miss watching these two work together. But I wish them the best in everything they do, they truely deserve it.

I might get some flack for this,but this is my opinion.Either they..
a)can't stand each other and that's why they don't really do public appearences together.They could be just great actors with great chemistry, but really don't care fore each other outside of work.
or...
b)They are secretly in love with each other and it's just too painful for them to spend any time together because they know it can never happen because neither one of them is willing to destroy their family...and the only way to indulge in each other is by putting all their emotions into their love scene's..and that's why it looks so real.
Just my opinion..I'm pulling for B..lol..

I have to mention...
a perfect example of friendship and respcect for their fans are : Lucy Lawless and Renné O´Connor.
ok i never saw a couple with such a chemistry like Tibette and Jb/Luh...what they bring to the screen is amazing, i can feel all of it. they deserve an Oscar.
but let me talk about Lucy and ROC(they have a huge chemistry also) here...i´m a huge fan of Xena, till today and the show is alive because those 2. they are amazing...they are still doing conventions, videos,coffe talks, everything...not because of the money, it´s because they really are best friends and they care so so so much about their fans.
i´m not telling that both Jb and Luh don´t care, but we can´t compare. everybody who saw Xena and who knows Lucy and Roc will agree with me.See the dvd box set from Xena...they comment each episode , they see it together, they laugh they have a good time. Fans just wanna see that...it´s important to us.
i think Luh and Jb could make a podcast...anytime...just if they want to do not because we are asking, they can do anything they want.That´s why i can´t understand what´s going on with them because they know how important they are.
it wasn´t IC´s idea bring Bette and Tina together, not at the begining. She said she couldn´t deny this amazing chemisty both actreses have with each other.I think if it wasn´´t for Jb and Luh , Tibette wouldn´t exist. They made us , TIBETTERSand our voices made a diference!we finally have Tibette together!
Still, something is missing...something is empty. People like Lucy and Renné are there to give the example...and i am greatfull for that.

God, these two are beautiful women!
Both for different reasons. Perhaps what makes them attractive together is the contrast - bright, fair, blond, light eyes vs. dark, brunette, brown eyed, ethnic looking. Sometimes I just get overwhelmed by how beautiful these two are.

I would so love to see this! As Tbetter mentioned, milk this for all it is worth. People love Tina and Bette together (and happy), and people love to see Jennifer and Laurel together (has not happened nearly enough).
Make some podcasts, add some commentaries with them to the DVD box sets (omg, pretty please?! I would buy multiple box sets of each season if you did this! ;), and for all that is good and holy, please let's see them together as much as possible before it's all over!

I too would probably buy multiple box sets for the DVD commentary and God even the thought of seeing podcasts during the making of season 6 is almost too exciting lol. Do you think we are sad? Should we get out more? On the JB thread we have named this OC addiction as "The L Word Syndome or TLWS" now we are just waiting for some advice about how to treat it, until then I guess we will just all keep making requests begging to see more of our favourite charachters, harrassing Ilene for the storylines we want (although IC if you read this, no harm is meant, we have an illness) and spending most of our freetime on youtube, anything remotely connected to lesbianism and on the OC in search of more info about our fav people x

This is the last season, and TiBette is back together...
So - milk it for all it's worth! The fans want to see Bette and Tina (Jennifer and Laurel) TOGETHER. We waited three long seasons for this. Let's see... JOINT INTERVIEWS, JOINT PODCASTS, JOINT PRESS PHOTOS.
It's our last chance. Plus, the show's ratings went way up when the two got back together. Take advantage of it.
