I dreamt I got to design the packaging for the complete 6-season dvd box set. Hahahahaha!

real obsession
Is when you go visit family out of town and all you think about is getting to there computer so you can check on what going on OC, youtube, or fanfiction website about The L Word to see what you missed because there not a day go by that I can't help but check either my computer or when at family house and check on there computer...not only that but be on the computer long period of time looking at the same things of reading the same things over over and over if there not anything new.lol
When you resent the fact
When you resent the fact that you have a job that keeps you so busy that you have no time to check out OC and see whats going on during the day and at noight you have even more work to catch up on so if lucky you get like a half hour a day :(

I can totally relate with you on this. But no matter how many reports are due to finish that day I never miss an oppurtunity to drop eveything and check on OC and/or other L Word websites to check on news and pix. I've actually perfected the art of cycling thru the tabs specially when my boss is around so he won't see my browser. LMAO
Being contented with only an hour sleep before heading to work is also one of ze signs, and of course the reason for this significant lack of sleep is rewatching fave L Word scenes.

This is funny, I know I'm obsessed with L word when...
- When I start crying and yelling because I realize that I'm getting to the end of L word.
- When I can't stop talking about the L word to my gay friends
- When I think about an episode of L word in class and start smiling to myself.
- When I grab the new L word DVD's every time it's just released and then stop and think when my best friend telling me that I don't need more than 1 copy of L word.
- When I start buying L word related stuffs like book, T-shirt, jewelry, CD,... (which I haven't but will!!!)
- When I heard someone say something about Alice and I started daydreaming about Alice in L word even though that's not what they are talking about.
- When you don't know what to describe about L word to people who would love to start watching it.
You know when your obsessed......
...when you run up a HUGE bill on your mobile phone through looking at l word sites on internet beacause your computer is broken for a few days and you can't wait that long for your fix!
...you spend ALL your spare time making videos.
...everytime you see someone jogging you think of Jennifer Beals and how fit she is.....and want to take up running also!
...you flick through T.V channels to see if there's something with any L word actress on...then watch it even if it's crap!
...check ourchart etc every few hours if possible for new updates/posts etc.
...and yes i do the "think of Alice everytime you see a mini" thing too.....i thought i was the only one and a bit worried i was getting obsessed but felt relief when read this!

Lol the first two parts are me totally!! My partner thinks Im always having an affair with someone from OC because I'm always on here writing and reading posts. Well she doesnt know I write some because then she would flip. I just tell her I lurk. Yeah she doesnt like when I play the L Word before sex. I mean whats wrong with using it if it makes you hot? Guys use porn all the time for the same purpose ;)

When I spend my whole damn Sunday in 100 degree weather sitting in my car in the Philadelphia pride parade with banners hanging from my car, saying SAVE THE L WORD and handing out flyers. Not to mention the money I put out, but I fried in the sun...because we had the top down. From 10am - 4pm I roasted by behind off all for saving The L Word, I think that deserves a season 7 at least.

-You day dream what it would be like if the characters on the L word were real and you actually knew them.
-You wished Bette was your college Professor.
-When you see a Mini-Cooper you think of Alice.

Keep renting previous seasons over and over again.
Your friends get sick of you because all you talk about or E-mail them about is the L-Word; of course it's all about Tibette.
Can't keep track of every website out there.

fabulous. I haven't laughed so much in ages! thankyou all for being so honest and sharing the madness we are all going through. I managed to leave my computer yesterday, having spent the day messing with clips of the tibette dance - I now know every move and cut off by heart, I can tell you how many shots they used and where they cut them to look like different takes and of course I've spliced them back together and think I'm so clever but I've got into such a mess with it all. I've storyboarded each scene but I have no discipline in these matters so I don't know quite what to do with it even though it looks like I know what I'm doing...oh yes I left my computer to see smiley face. great film if you get a chance. showing as part of the lgbt film fest in london and of course I thought I might just bump into someone from TLW there so I didn't mind leaving the house on the offchance...
