There's really no name for a
There's really no name for a lesbian who's not butch and not a fem. The only thing I can think of to call myself is a Tomboi cause I don't like to dress up very often (wouldn't be caught dead in a dress), but I don't go out buying a bunch of boy clothes. You can usually find me in a pair of work out shorts and a t-shirt, or a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. No make-up though, and I rarely ever do my hair

I'm exactly the same way! Hurray for jeans and t-shirts...and tennis shoes, too - right? I'm not girlish but not really boyish either, although probably more on the guy end of the spectrum than girl if I had to decide. Just say no to dresses and makeup!

she just had this way of making it far too obvious that she was trying hard to pull that off. Now if you can do it and just be yourself, it sounds great, and it would make for an interesting friendship. But not if it's not exactly who you are, and you're just trying, hard, to make it so.

i dont really know what to call myself other then a lesbian. i wont say that im a butch...but i mostly wear mens clothing...i didnt wear a dress to prom, i wore a womens suit..but i wore make up and stuff. i wouldnt say im that femme though, i play hockey and lots of sports (not saying you cant be femme if u play sports. but i just dont like a lot fo the girls cloths at least on me ;-). i wouldnt say that im futch like dani from tila tequila though either cuz i dont think im that butch...so idk what to lable me but i just like lesbian

a diesel femme is just another term for aggressive femme..like a femme chick who has a masculine flair. Like if you had a female mechanic who wore skirts and earrings and makeup when she wasn't at work. And looked good with it lol

Hehe, I'm not sure where I'd fit. I seem to wear 14-year-old boy clothes a lot of the time - if I wear a dress, I feel like I'm cross-dressing! Maybe I'm secretly straight-boy-identified. :P
Sooo I think boi-dyke fits me best from the above list, but I've never heard the term before so I can't be sure.

hmmm. i'm not sure if i'm the only one - but i switch back and forth constantly...I admit, I haven't really found my "style" or maybe I don't feel comfortable wearing cargo shorts and boy shirts sometimes, but I go from being a lipstick lez (without the heels..yoww!) to boyish charm. I guess I make the labeling tricky, but I really do like to mix it up....I suppose I'm comfortable with all kinds of "labels" and attire. *shrug* Anyone else this way?

I never actually called myself anything but a lesbian. Certianly not a lipstick one, lol. If there's such thing as a teensy step down from being a lipstick lesbian, that'd probably be me. I'm girly to my core most all the time, but with very masculine qualities to me- but not nearly enough of them to be called a futch, lol.
This is why I simply say "Yeah I'm Gay."
