The kick-off party for Estrojam's Decibelle Music and Culture Festival was held at a semi-fancy club, The Funky Buddah Lounge. Of course, my definition of fancy equals no concrete floors and a bathroom that doesn't make you feel like you might catch an STD just by squatting above the toilet.

The line-up featured DJ Reaganomix, one of the organizers of Chicago's famed FKA, a trans-focused queer dance party, who also happens to be my partner.
