If...
your image comes in a high resolution (200dpi & above), u will be able to blow it up without losing sharpness. How abt u gimme a link to one of your pics? I'll try to enlarge it & explain the steps to u. It'll be gr8 if u have Photoshop. Otherwise, lemme know which imaging software u're more comfortable with & u can still work wonders with it. *wink*

You're absolutely right about an image that is 200 dpi or higher. You can enlarge it for web display without loss. Given the environment, I made the assumption that LDawn's image was a screen acquisition which by definition makes it 72 to 96 dpi.

With such low res, an image can still be blown up a ltl. However, results will never be as gd as desired - especially if the image is saved for web.
Without knowing...
what program you're using, it's quite difficult to answer that question specifically. In general terms, you're looking for the screen in the editing program that shows you the dimensions of the the image (usually in pixels) you want to adjust those numbers. Be sure to maintain the same aspect (Width to Height) ratio.
Also, keep in mind that when you are enlarging the image, you will loose sharpness. The program can't invent new pixels so it just doubles or triples the pixels that are already there. The end result is that the image appears softer. If you have a good sharp image to begin with, it's not too much of a problem. If you have a marginal image, any existing graininess will be exaserbated.

I was thinking....
everyone could just bring their own ribbon. You can easily buy a piece of ribbon at a fabric store or buy a small spool of ribbon at a craft store...where ever they sell things like that around where you live. Maybe you have some already....I'm thinking even a thin ribbon....nothing big. It' up to each individual. I hope I can take a straight pin on the plane.....not sure. Anyway, I'll try to bring some extra in case people need it. But the point is to recognize each other, so we need to arrive wearing it if we can, don't you think?

that's an Emmy but it's really more appropriate than an Oscar. TLW is after all a TV Show. Maybe someday there will be a TLW movie.
