In our third episode of Be Scene at the Dinah, team Biggie Boobs takes the stage. They're a large group that lives up to their name with a scene that proves "size does matter". Kate, Leisha, Keener and Ilene have fun watching...and guessing which team members will portray which characters from The L Word. Why don't you take a swing at it too?

Wow.. that was good though..
Wow.. that was good though.. I agree with the scores and again I agree with everybody with their choice of scores. I think the scene could have been better if they didn't stand so far apart and line up in one line you know? I agree I couldn't hear what some of them are saying, but you know what they had good customs and I have got to give props for that!! lol Oh man I wish I was there!! lol.

a suggestion (i know how much stress and so a,nd all the teams must have ace to and it is not so easy to get on a stage) : maybe they should have played the scene with all the group of characters was jogging ;-)
a second : the fact is that the show is not only the attende playing the scene, but also the jury on stage and sometimes some dare more of them than the rest. But it is not fair for the nonprofessionnal actor to have to be visible or both the public in the room and the jury, so the organization should be inventive and find a disposition to ease the work of the attendees !

liek when i first saw her i wasnt sure, then i heard her talk and i was like it HAS to be her!... cause like even her clothes was Jakie. so yeah, it was most deff her.

I wouldn't comment much about the scores given.. but all I can say is that.. Kate and Leish rocks.. so does Keener and Ilene... and.. yea.. props to the actors who brought up their courage to actually perform in front of so many audiences as well as their favorite L word characters...

the actress didn´t remember that scene ? would be better if they watch it before. it´s weird they didn´t. looks like they don´t care so much about what they are doing.

I actually thought they were better than some of the others, but I dunno. I never really realized that Laurel had an accent. What kind of accent does she have? Thanks for living up to your promise OC.
Hats off to Biggie Boobs...
I was there on the front row and think you Biggie Boob girls did a great job! It takes a lot of guts to get up in front of a crowd like that and perform, especially when you're not provided with any type of set. If I remember correctly, the actual scene was staged around a table or something like that, which makes interaction a lot easier. Thanks for putting your Biggie Boob selves on stage to help provide some of the most fun entertainment at The Dinah. If it weren't for gutsy girls like you, there would have been no Be Scene!

WTF... i wonder what peoples comments would be if the judges had given 9s and 10s for the same performance - let me guess... "oh, i loved it... they were great... they deserve their 10s"... this is becoming all so predictable... i guess i should 'feel safe' though, by this standard we will get 'great' comments LOL
as i said before, you were the cutest team Biggie Boobs ... i was SO looking fwd to seeing the HAHA tattoo, but i guess that got edited out lol ... the question is - did you moon before or after the scores?

I think people are taking this "competition" WAY too seriously – even some of the judges! why pussyfoot (pun intended) around if you thought they were bad? Just say so! But say it in a way that let's the players know you're glad they're onstage!

I think these vids are a scream no matter what the onstagers do. Actually, the more they depart (caricature or whatever) from the scene, the better I like it! I like originality and am not into "reruns"...
o and I hope all the contestents got some prize to take home for summoning the courage!

I agree with the judges' scores. The least they could have done was block it so they were sitting or something. This discussion was done around the table. There was no connection between the characters.
The person who played Jenny, though, was decent. Her line about her having a small penis actually came off okay. She was the most natural of the group.
The next one looks better already, although it probably won't beat Dyke Drama's interpretation.

maybe you should know, chairs werent allowed on stage... maybe one, so no sitting... also, this isnt filmed like the show, it was in front of a crowd, so you had to face the crowd, also face the judges, who were 90 degrees from the crowd... and at the same time, face eachother (the acting group) and not cross a virtual diagonal line, which made the already small stage, tiny - believe me, it was a challenge to block this scene...

Yes, CK is right. It was very difficult to block the scene with the constraints of the stage. Plus, we only had a chance to view the stage beforehand, not actually stand on it before the actual performance.

Well I thought, they just picked a scene and acted (start/finish). I didn't know it is a "Be Scene" to follow. For me that was missing, if isn't part of it...well is no sense. thanks anyway for the comment.

The problem was that
it didn't flow whatsoever.
It seemed very choppy and i felt like they didn't know one another at all.
I feel bad for them though... I would hate to be judged that badly by Ilene and the cast :{

Oh dear, they really didn't like it much :/ Man, how gutted would you be if your fave actors thought your work was off the mark :s
(I thought it was fine, would have gone with marks more in the six-seven region, a la Ilene).

on the scores....honestly I didnt see it as THAT bad, but then again I don't think it was all that either. Kudos on the group. But then again I can see that the lines were thrown out, but not acting together...ya know?

it was ok the girls lookd hot. but its true there was somethin missing. its just like they read out lines and didnt act at all and it wasnt that funny no like improv or anything. i think first group was the best so far

Dyke Drama was so great that to have it followed up with this performance is a let-down. To me, this one was a bit dull and the last scene I would want to see out of the selection. Thankfully, Alexandra H. seems to pick up the slack at moments...So there is one good thing about this Be Scene I guess. =P
