Thank you for bringing this back - please don't ever take it away again, and give us more of Laurel. She is articulate and genuine, and the growth in her character, especially in this past season alone, has been an inspiration. Her personal insights into Tina and the way she can separate what she as a woman would do as opposed to what her character does, and how she works her process as an actress...this is GREAT STUFF!

Laurel has brought a strength to Tina this season - professionally and in her personal relationships with Bette and her other women friends. Don;t allow this to fall into the background in the final season please. When I look at the Two - Bette and Tina - I see Tina as the real strength in that relatioship. Bette has the bravado, but Tina has the strength.

Please bring us more of this kind of interview with Laurel.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your wonderful insights into Tina, who is my favorite since S1. This was the best podcast of all of the actresses and I have enjoyed them all. You are one of the most intelligent and insightful actresses I have seen and I have enjoyed your performance on the show and have been a enthusiast of your work since seeing Two Girls during it's original release. You were brilliant as Randy Dean and it remains one of the best coming of age stories there are regardless of Randy's sexual orientation. You have been a gay icon for me and many of my friends.

Years later I went to see Jezebel and was astonished to see your name in the credits and couldn't believe that the same actress was playing the lead in this film. I started watching TLW because it was the first of it's kind on TV but the other pull was because you were advertised as one of the leads.

You are a wonderful actress and I remember a reviewer saying that you are a true chemeleon in your performances and have a remarkable range. It's true. I have seen most of your films and you never fail to touch me with your performance and the variety of girls and women you have played each so different from the other.

I loved you as Justine in Angel. I always wished there was a bit more of "kick-ass" Justine in Tina. Maybe in S5? ;)

I have loved your interpretation of Tina and having seen you a number of times giving interviews being yourself, you impress me even more as an actress because the difference between the real you and Tina is startling.

I have missed you this season but when you are on screen it is memorable and I can see how Tina has grown in character from S1 to now. I love what you had to say about her independence and how she is truly trying to get away from being co-dependent now that she is with Henry. I love the storyline with Mia and now Annabella, another favorite of mine, and look forward to more from the three of you especially Annabella and you wherever that will take us. I hope Annabella returns for Season 5 and if Bette is going to be busy with Jodie for a while, I would hope we can see some intermittment relationship between Tina and Kate because you guys have tons of chemistry. I am enjoying the dynamic between you guys and love/do not love Kate Arden but Annabella has left a great impression with this character as you have with Tina.

I would love to see Tina work things out with Bette, but I agree with you if Tina stayed in that relationship she would have been consumed. She needed to get away and take stock of her life and what she had to do to get away from that co-dependency. I love how she is focused on her work instead and taking care of Angelica: I love seeing Tina with Angelica and would love to see more of that mother/ daughter bond on the screen. I do believe Tina and Bette are made for the other as corny as that sounds but I think it is important for Tina to continue to work on herself so that she doesn't lose herself in Bette ever again if and when they do reunite. Bette needs to work on her issues as well: the control freak ones especially before she can think of getting back with Tina as well.

What a shame if they don't because as you and Jennifer and so many of the rest of us know, you guys have an incredible chemistry. I hope Ilene and the writers don't squander this symbiotic brilliance between you and Jennifer as on screen partners. That kind of chemistry doesn't come along very often and when it does, it would be a shame to squander it any further then it already has been squandered.

I am hoping for a very interesting and exciting S5. And, now that Tina will be back in the lesbian fold, that bodes very well for a good storyline for her and I am hoping this time we get some background story as I am sure you would love as well. So many of us are starving for more information about Tina. Although I have enjoyed trying to figure her out and although I have enjoyed that she doesn't reveal all of her cards, Ilene needs to tell us something more about Tina like she has the other original characters on this show for us to gain a greater understanding of who she is and what makes her tick.

Thank you for accepting the role of Tina and thanks for being so wonderful to the fans of the show and your many fans.

i'm back at it again.
ok this time i read things and watched things so now i have somethings to say.

1. tasha and alice MUST stay together ilene i beg you.

2. all these ppl asking for tina/bette to get back together, might be a little over their heads at this point, and heres what i mean. ok for all the tibette belivers do you really think you can handle it if ilene puts tina and bette back together? i mean we all know that they aint been together in a hot lil minute so if they even get in a position where they are alone in a dark with candles and wine and dont forget the bed, and if tina drops the LWORD again like i LOVE YOU and bette just goes crazy and starts ripping off clothes and throwing shoes and stuff and the pictures on the walls are fly'n everywhere, and the backboard bagging the wall. Now i dont think i can handle that even though i wanna c it. you know bette and tina are hot together and when they touch they are on fire and when the make love the sheets melt. all im try'n to say is it aint like im not a tina/bette fan i just dont think my heart can take that kind of action, bcuz they r too hot handle foreal. lmao

3. ok kit and papi:. everyone is turning the whole kit and papi thing into a nightmare but i c it as a dream. i was so tired of c'n angus follow kit around like a puppy with its tail between its legs, im glad she can breathe now, and that doesnt mean her and papi cant b friends bcuz right now thats what i c them as friends. papi is like the go to gurl when you wanna get away, and thats what kit wants to do GET AWAY FROM ANGUS. he looks like the caveman in the GEICO commercial. "its so easy angus can do it" lmao

4.shane: ok paige is cute but she's not sexy, now carmen was sexy, hot, cute, tasty, all of the above and more, i would like to c her back.

5. helena: ok now she really needs to drop the gold digga and go and finna her a real woman like oh lets c DYLAN a gurl that sexy u cant just let her leave u gotta put up a fight.

6. jodi and phyllis: should give it a try.

7.jenny: needs marina back in her life cuz she's just so crazy now that she's not even cute to me like she was in the 1st season

8. dana: alot of ppl are writing post like "why doesnt alice talk about dana, its like she dont even care that she's gone" but it might be a good reason why alice doesnt talk about her for example to much pain, alice loved dana this we all know, dana left her and went back to lara, but it was alice that was by her bed when she was in the hospital, it was alice that took care of her know'n that dana was STILL in love with lara. its painful to watch some1 u love die and its even more painful to move on without them. i know that alice still has dana in her heart but tasha is her world right now. she fell hard with dana but she got back up, i dont want to c her popping pills every 2minutes like she was in the begining of season3. its just best that alice still has dana in her heart but not haunting her all the time.

9. max: just take grace on a date already.

Don't get me wrong or anything I really like LH however if I was you Ilene I would have not enjoyed that entire conversation, she never let you get a word in, man she talked like a mile a minute WOW! Anyway I still thank you both for taking the time for us fans. Once again I don't care what you write or who is with who I just really appreciate this show and having something to relate to in this overwhelmingly straight world.

watching laurel holloman talk about her character reminds me of why i loved tina in the beginning of the show. it's interesting to watch laurel interact with ilene during the parts of the podcast when laurel clearly disagreed with the way her character was handled. i think that i would like the character of tina as much as i used to if those scenes/ lines that laurel addressed were changed, even if just a little. it seems like at the end of season three up to episode 407-ish tina was written just slightly out of character; however, it seems that shes starting to be written as who we remember tina to be in this last episode and i hope that continues into next season.
