Talk about your multi-tasking. It's not enough for Leisha Hailey to be filming season 5 of "The L Word," star in the upcoming movie La Cucina, and reign as the official AfterEllen Hottest Woman in the Known Universe. No, she does all that, and she's a double agent for Communist Cuba, too.

Oh, okay, she's not that much of a multitasker. But she is, in fact, working hard in every spare moment to make new music with her band, Uh Huh Her. During the last couple of months, as she's been filming The L Word, she and her bandmate Camilla Grey (original member Alicia Warrington decided to pursue other projects) have been traveling back and forth between LA and Vancouver. They've been writing, composing and recording -- even doing some vocal tracks in the bathroom of Cam's LA home -- and at last the fruits of their labor are ripe for the pickin'.



"I See Red," the band's first EP, just came out yesterday -- so you can be the first on your block to blast "Explode," which one critic says "simmers with a dark desire," all over your neighborhood.
