Or maybe it’s her personality that is so wrong and her politics so right. I’m confused. In fact, this whole place has gotten me so confused…

I’m about to leave for the Republican National Convention today. I wish I could’ve gone to Denver as Jill’s roadie, or as a tag-along with Glo and her Mom.

I don’t want to hear shit else from the media about blackness or womanness in this campaign. Frankly, as a black woman, it’s getting a little exhausting.

I have just a few more days of training before my first Olympic-distance triathlon on September 1st (gulp), and I want to thank you all for the tremendous outpouring of support around the race and my fundraising efforts.

Mitt Romney must be sitting at home in his prom dress crying, because crusty 72-year-old John McCain chose Sarah Palin, the 44-year-old governor of Alaska as his running mate this morning. That's an even bigger age difference than Ellen and Portia.
