I was discussing it with my sister (who's also a Tolkien fan) and we couldn't figure it out either. I may need to read it again to see if I can determine how they can to break it in two. Hmm..

By the way, my life is about as exciting as yours...school, work, school, work. Although I'm willing to bet that your art is a hell of a lot more fun than my work. ;)

I love Tolkien. ;) I think Peter Jackson did well with the movies...they're very different from the books, but at the same time, they're just as good to me. And I actually just heard about the two hobbit movies...I wonder how they'll drag it out into 2 movies though, since the Hobbit was Tolkien's shortest book...to my knowledge anyway.
