haha... just thought of this weird thing that happened one time.. well, i was with one of my guy firends cause he was back from uni and i hadnt seen him in a while and its like 2 in the morning.. all of a sudden he remembered that he needed condoms cause he was going out with this girlf the next day (what can i say.. the guy likes to be prepared hehe.. plus she was one of those girls that he went out every now and then so.. anywayy.. she is his girlfriend right now btw).. soo we go to this grocery store.. he gets a box of condoms and we decide to get a can of whipped cream (ugh.. there's a story behind that one, but its difficult to explain).. so imagine this - 2 am, barely anybody shopping, a guy and a girl buying whipped cream and condoms hahah... the cashier lady just gave us the weirdest look and then when we were leaving she said "you two have fun" hehe.. it was funny :]

hehe.. well, ok this is why i said drink water.. what causes a hangover is dehydration and the toxins released when you drink (either from the alcohol or from the liver due to producing enzymes to break down the alcohol).. well, you cant really do anything about the toxins.. however, drinking water will help the dehydration plus it will help your body flush out the toxins faster.. ultimately, this will make you feel better faster :) one of the best ways to avoid a hang over is to actually drink water while drinking.. hehe.. sorry i felt like sharing all of this :] oh and if you're gonna take any painkillers, make sure they dont have any acetaminophen (also known as paracetamol.. not sure about spelling) in them cause that will make your liver work too hard and you dont know that.. ah fuck.. why do i know all of this? ahhha.. thats kind of sad..
