Thanks for your recipes! I think my fav so far was the Tuna Salad - I wouldn't ever have thought about adding warm broccoli and it was yumm.
If possible, could you suggest some healthy snack ideas? I find that is an area I usually have trouble with.

I have a question!!
About 5weeks ago I completely rotated my ankle joint playing soccer and ripped all the muscle and ligaments holding it in place (I did a pretty good job of it haha) and so I've had it strap-casted and been on crutches and all the rest of it, but its healing up nicely and I've ditched the crutches and cast. I *NEED* to get back to the gym, its been killing me not going! Do you have any suggestions on the best sort of exercises that aren't going to kill my ankle? The musculature and ligaments aren't fully healed yet. I really want to just jump straight back onto the treadmill and crosstrainer but I have a feeling that thats not such a good idea.. haha..

Just wanted to say 'hi' from a fellow Vancouverite (but living in NYC right now) and thank-you for doing the blog. I just joined the community, mainly because of the fitness and health element. It's so cool to see.
I'm a capoeira instructor by night and run a health and nutrition practice by day, so my life revolves around working out and healthy eating, both of which I'm passionate about.
It's great to see you sharing what you know with the community, so thanks again for representing all us jocks out there.

How can I build strength in my fingers?? I put them on a treadmill 6 hrs a day for 30 minutes.100 finger kicks a day but still nothing. I want strong fingers so by the summer i can do "the beach is that a way" bit with my insane muscular index. I'm kidding. Looking forward to more of your blogs. Great tips!

Yes i will definitely include plenty of vegetarian dishes too. Although i do eat some meat, i believe that most of our diet and nutrition should be from the earth. I love veggies, and love to see people getting most of the nutrients from them!

when you start the recipe portion, would you please consider including a decent quantity of vegetarian friendly dishes? :)
