There are days when I sense that I am part of something bigger. I get that sensation, that knowing... I've felt it many times as I was growing up.

It's days like today that I have so much for which to be thankful:
- Gay couples can again be married in California.
- I have a voice.
- Great weather abounds in sunny Florida.

Forgive the pun, but this is a new adventure for me. Putting myself out here like this will be a great experience, I'm sure, but I never thought I'd get myself to do it.
