Couldn't you still transfer to Norfolk State or ODU if you wanted? After freshman year is the best time since you'll have to make up less credits. But then again, Norfolk isn't that far from HU. Trust me though, Hampton isn't the worst place for someone young to be in haha. I've been in some hick places before, and Hampton is pretty "city" compared to those places. I might have to stay an extra semester, or just load on classes this upcoming summer because I'm credits behind since I've withdrawn from classes and whatnot.
